MMR is a pioneer manufacturer of aluminum die-casting in China to award from international quality standard. ISO/TS 16949, and Material Management Operation Guidelines (MMOG) were proven documents to certify MMR Quality Management System highly competent. We were proud to earn global qualification from our China plants, then to ratify our skills in the country. To strengthen our production planning and shop floor schedules, we focus on quality control by using various systems like those APOP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans. The controlling systems effectively safeguard a high-quality output and high standard finished goods.

Quality Management Team

Our Quality Management Team has in-depth of experiences and excels a reputation for excellence in controlling quality. Engineers apply advanced measuring technology by using X-ray, CMM, and Form Tester that in search of ongoing legacy to guarantee high-quality products. The technology, as a result, helps engineers to perform Cpks studies and real-time SPC monitoring on shop floors.
